SuperiorMed & Perennial Hospitals (SMH) represents a remarkable collaboration between SuperiorMed, a subdivision of Haier Group and Perennial Holdings. Through the combined efforts of SMH's shareholders, who have developed an eco-healthcare system comprising Clinics, medical centers and hospitals across China, we are able to offer tailored and comprehensive private healthcare at SMH to our high net worth patients within the network.

In addition to the clinics, medical centers and hospitals within our shareholders' eco-health network, We are thrilled to announce the successful opening of our 1st fully functional international hospital in Chengdu since 2023, which marks a significant milestone for SMH. Building on this achievement, we are excited to share our expansion plans, which involve the establishment of four cutting-edge international hospitals in Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. These exceptional facilities are scheduled to begin operations between 2026 and 2030.

SuperiorMed & Perennial Hospitals (Chengdu), which is strategically located above Chengdu East Station, the largest railway transportation hub in China, caters to patients from all over the nation. With a construction area exceeding 60,000 square meters and 350 hospital beds, the hospital has incorporated the design concept of "bringing the elegance of Shangri-La Hotel into a healthcare facility." 

Moreover, the hospital boasts state-of-the-art medical equipment and facilities, dedicated to clinical practice, research and teaching. It houses a high-standard clinical laboratory, clinical pathology and imaging departments, a central blood bank, and a research center. Such amenities are in place to uphold the highest standards of clinical medical quality for the long term.
